Two definitions for the word ‘Quest’:
#1 Quest is "the act or an instance of
seeking or pursuing something; a search."
#2 Quest is also "an expedition undertaken in medieval romance by a knight in
order to perform a prescribed feat: the quest for the Holy Grail."
I’d like to add my own definition for ‘Quest’:
#3 Garmin Quest GPS
is a modern day pocket-sized compass, a highly sophisticated navigational electronic instrument with 115 MB of internal memory that snaps easily into place on your vehicles dashboard (and also fits comfortably in your pocket too!) Garmin Quest GPS
helps get you where you need to be when you need to be whether you are driving in your car or traveling by foot.

The Garmin Quest GPS
removes the ’search’ and ‘pursuit’ elements from your journey. Garmin Quest GPS
features an ultra clear, bright 256-color, high-resolution TFT display that is very easy to read even if you are travelling during the a day with very bright sunshine.
To get the best reception from your Garmin Quest GPS
, you have a flip-up antenna that works fine as log as you position it parallel with the road.
I like Garmin Quest GPS
unit’s neat, easy to use ‘Find Menu’ cause it lets us select where we want to get to. Once we choose our location target, the rest is a synch with Garmin Quest GPS
automatic routing that features turn by turn instructions and voice guidance. Garmin Quest GPS
also has automatic off-route and detour recalculations, which are great cause if we lose our way by trying our own “short cut” (ie: wrong turn!) the ‘Quest‘ will quickly correct us and get us back on track, in enough time to arrive to our destination.
Don’t underestimate Garmin Quest GPS and garmin Quest 2
just cause it’s as small as a TV remote. Because it’s a Garmin GPS unit, equipped with a USB data connection, you have at your finger tips — fast map downloads from Garmin’s entire line of MapSource CDs.
The Quest includes a fully unlocked MapSource City Select CD which gives maps of all the US with five million points of interest!

So even if we’re not actually on the quest for the ‘Holy Grail’; when we we lose our way; making wrong turns — we still feel like we are on our version of a quest for the ‘Holy Grail’.
With Garmin Quest GPS
traveling becomes fun. Garmin Quest GPS
really is a modern day version of the pocket-compass. It’s durable enough to last in our families for generations to come as a family treasure you’ll want to hand down to your kids and grandchildren one day– just like our grandpa’s pocket-watch we adore.

I don’t know why but I still ask my wife, even if I think I’m 90% sure of where I’m driving, ‘Do I take a left or a right here?’ I guess it’s because if I’m driving around and make a mistake I need somebody to blame besides myself! So, if I haven’t been in a particular area for a while, I ask. When she says left she means right and visa versa, and what’s worse, I listen to her instruction and take the right turn — I mean the wrong turn! It’s easy to blame our spouses sometimes, but not all the time, particularly these days when we have GPS units like the Garmin StreetPilot c330 GPS Vehicle Navigator.
For those of you who prefer touch screen, and that’s a lot of us StreetPilot c330 by Garmin (Garmin StreetPilot c330 GPS Vehicle Navigator ) is the preferred choice. I found Garmin c330 to be a piece of cake to set up without the hassle of map loading. For many of us that’s the litmus test-if getting started is quick and easy or a major pain. Here, c330 GPS was a synch along with the fact that most of the maps most of require are already pre-loaded.
After the fast, simple installation, Garmin StreetPilot c330 was already saving me from asking my wife which way was right! I shouldn’t be so critical I guess, because I realized quickly (with the help of the c330) she was giving me fantastic, super accurate, turn-by-turn driving instructions using the Garmin GPS unit’s automatic route calculation.
For someone who despises anything too complicated and wants a GPS device that is super easy friendly to use and straightforward, Garmin StreetPilot c330 is perfect. If you are one of those folks who don’t like buttons and switches Garmin c330 only has a rotary volume knob and an on/off switch. Left and right aside, with the StreetPilotc330 Vehicle Navigator, I don’t hesitate with taking lefts nor rights much these days, I feel like the luckiest pilot on the planet with my wife as the expert navigator beside me.

The GPS unit should work fine as long as Fido doesn’t bury it or chew it up.
This holiday season, even man’s best friend isn’t going to be left out. Under the tree or stuffed into a sock hanging by the fireplace is a special gift for Fido (a a dog GPS)!

Yeah, you heard it right, and why not?! We humans have our GPS hand-held devices, plus GPS systems for our vehicles, boats and airplanes, so why not for our loyal pets? They deserve the best, don’t they? I mean if we get lost— we’ve got GPS to help us find our way home, so why not give our furry friends the same a dog GPS!
So, here’s how it works, you just attach the ‘Global petfinder’ to Fido’sdog’s collar. You can choose basic black or go with something a bit bolder in green. You don’t have to worry about the rain, the device is water resistant. As long as Fido isn’t a light weight and is more than 30 pounds the 5 ounce GPS shouldn’t be too much of a strain on his neck. (I guess the benefits ‘out-weigh’ the pain in Fido’s neck!) Your PDA, PC or cell phone receives information about your lost hound from his GPS unit making a reunion possible.
Get set for this, you better really love fido to afford the hefty price tag — this dog GPS unit costs $350, plus a $35 activation fee and sign up for a $18-a-month subscription. www.globalpetfinder.com
