Two definitions for the word ‘Quest’:

#1 Quest is "the act or an instance of
seeking or pursuing something; a search."

#2 Quest is also "an expedition undertaken in medieval romance by a knight in
order to perform a prescribed feat: the quest for the Holy Grail."

I’d like to add my own definition for ‘Quest’:

  • #3 Garmin Quest GPSis a modern day pocket-sized compass, a highly sophisticated navigational electronic instrument with 115 MB of internal memory that snaps easily into place on your vehicles dashboard (and also fits comfortably in your pocket too!) Garmin Quest GPS helps get you where you need to be when you need to be whether you are driving in your car or traveling by foot.

The Garmin Quest GPSremoves the ‘search’ and ‘pursuit’ elements from your journey. Garmin Quest GPS features an ultra clear, bright 256-color, high-resolution TFT display that is very easy to read even if you are travelling during the a day with very bright sunshine.

To get the best reception from your Garmin Quest GPS, you have a flip-up antenna that works fine as log as you position it parallel with the road.

I like Garmin Quest GPSunit’s neat, easy to use ‘Find Menu’ cause it lets us select where we want to get to. Once we choose our location target, the rest is a synch with Garmin Quest GPSautomatic routing that features turn by turn instructions and voice guidance. Garmin Quest GPSalso has automatic off-route and detour recalculations, which are great cause if we lose our way by trying our own “short cut” (ie: wrong turn!) the ‘Quest‘ will quickly correct us and get us back on track, in enough time to arrive to our destination.

Don’t underestimate Garmin Quest GPS and garmin Quest 2just cause it’s as small as a TV remote. Because it’s a Garmin GPS unit, equipped with a USB data connection, you have at your finger tips — fast map downloads from Garmin’s entire line of MapSource CDs.

The Quest includes a fully unlocked MapSource City Select CD which gives maps of all the US with five million points of interest!
So even if we’re not actually on the quest for the ‘Holy Grail’; when we we lose our way; making wrong turns — we still feel like we are on our version of a quest for the ‘Holy Grail’.

With Garmin Quest GPStraveling becomes fun. Garmin Quest GPS really is a modern day version of the pocket-compass. It’s durable enough to last in our families for generations to come as a family treasure you’ll want to hand down to your kids and grandchildren one day– just like our grandpa’s pocket-watch we adore.
